Services: Groups of tourist up to 30 persons can be accommodated. Help is offered in preparation for conferences, weddings, seminars, „100 days till end of school“ celebration, meetings, other festivities attended up to 50 persons. For rent: the whole homestead, hall, recreation complex, rooms.

Description: private house of 750 m², 7 bedrooms, banquet and dance hall of 75 m² (the hall is equipped with audio and illumination equipment), WC, five bathrooms, 18 ares of fenced site land with garden and inner yard, recreation complex, swimming pool.
Homestead is available for guest stay all year round. Pets are allowed. The owners know Lithuanian, Russian, Polish and English languages and reside in a nearby house.
The homestead is in the premises of Vilnius, 10 km from city centre, 1 km from Pašilaičiai district. Vilnius city taxi, bus No. 32, private transport and tourist busses are suitable for arrival to location. In the inner yard and next to the homestead up to 30 vehicles can be parked.
There is supermarket „Maxima“ close by the homestead (1,5 km), also horse riding centre “Prosperas”, ostrich farm, Lakes of Gineitiškės and Gilužis. Akropolis – 6 km, Ukmergė highway - 2,5 km, airport - 13km, bus and train station - 11km.

Recreation complex: bathhouse/sauna (towels, head covers, seats, bathing rods, scents, slippers), swimming pool, hall with fireplace suitable for up to 20 persons, kitchen – red corner (dishes, cutlery, table cloths), billiards, table tennis, gym, tub for pouring over with water, tub with warm water (salts, scents), showers, toilets and etc.

Other recreation: various outdoor games, BBQ, ethnographic exposition, constant display of art works, amusement games, photo gallery.

Catering: restaurant food can be ordered, cook services, you can prepare food on your own, individual orders are at your service upon request.

Additional services: photo-video services, musicians, event host, Santa Claus, chambermaid, gardener. Wedding, New Year‘s Eve decorations.
